That subtle glow gives it such a cool dreamy kind of effect, and the shade of solid blue makes the whole vibe feel like a summer afternoon. Absolutely love this.

that glow is specifically to blend the lineart and colors a bit, its an effect I adore about pre2002 anime

that blue just went well with harukos colorscheme haha but yea it ended up working out well

Reaaaaaaally dig the color palette and the hot pink rim lighting, this is sick and the textures really add that gotham grit. Love the perspective also, an upwards shot like this isn't easy to pull off !
